Steven Huffman, 68, of Excelsior Springs passed away Dec. 30, 2025, in Liberty. Mr. Huffman was born Sept. 19, 1957, in Versailles. Steven received his GED. He was a welder, framer and construction worker, and an ordained minister. He loved being outside, having a good time and “loved him some Westerns.” He was preceded in death by his parents, Mildred and Calvin Huffman Sr.; brother, Buddy Huffman; and sister, Marie Jones.

Steven is survived by his children, Samantha (James) Wood, Steven (Ashley) Huffman and Kyle Huffman; sister, Darlene Page, and family; brother, Cal Huffman Jr.; grandsons, Xavier Mann and James Wood; and granddaughter, Steven Huffman

A celebration of Steven’s life will be held on a later date in the spring.
