Body Joann Buckallew, 61, of Saint Joseph, MO slipped silently into the Lord’s arms on the evening of Jan. 19, 2022, at home with her husband.

Body Dennis Paul Walters, 68 years young of Excelsior Springs, MO, graduated to his Heavenly home on Jan. 16, 2022.

Body Billy Ray Turner, 93, of rural Excelsior Springs, MO, went to be with Jesus on Dec. 22, 2021, at the Excelsior Springs Hospital.

Body Korey Manley, 53, of Excelsior Springs, MO, passed away Jan. 19, 2022.

Body Frances Elaine Hazlett, 79, of Lawson, MO passed away on Jan. 16, 2022. Elaine was a much-beloved resident of Lawson, MO for over 52 years. She became known as an inspirational force as well as an adoptive mother and grandmother to so many in the community.

Body Edgar (Ed) Alvin Haney, 83, of Polo, MO passed on Jan. 4, 2022. Ed was born on Jan. 1, 1939, in Trenton, MO to Clifford and Flavia (Arbuckle) Haney. He married Freda Pitts in 1957 and they had two children, Eddie and Vickie.

Body Norman (Gene) Deckard, 83, passed away peacefully Jan. 11, 2022, at Liberty Hospital. Gene was born Dec. 10, 1938, in Kansas City, MO to Lester and Gusta Deckard. He attended Park Hill High School and the University of Central Missouri.

Body  Luvicie "Vicie" Delle (Tennyson) Bennett, 67, passed away at her home Sunday Jan. 16, 2022.  She was born on Jan. 5, 1955, in Richmond, MO to the late Mary Jane and Harold N. Tennyson. She was united in marriage to Fred L. Bennett on June 16, 1973. 

Body John David Allen, Jr. of Wood Heights, MO passed away peacefully on Sunday, Jan. 2, 2022, at Liberty Hospital.

Body Ward Junior Wollard passed away Dec. 27, 2021, at the age of 84.  He was born on Feb. 11, 1937, in Hardin, MO to Ward Reed and Glenna Mae (Hawkins) Wollard and was baptized on April 14, 1946, at the Methodist Church of Excelsior Springs, MO.
