Parker Floyd had at least two reasons to enjoy the night of Sept. 12.At halftime of Orrick’s varsity 8-man football clash with visiting Keytesville/Brunswick/ Northwestern of Mendon (KBN), Floyd was crowned homecoming king, with Addison Chapman crowned queen. Then, he scored ona fourth-quarter TD pass from Xavior Gaskins to help the Bearcats cruise to a 56-8 victory.When asked about scoring a touchdown the same night he was crowned homecoming king, the senior replied: “It’s pretty cool.
