KANSAS CITY – Sparked by two individual titles, the Tigers rang out 2021 with a runner-up finish in the team standings of the Center Girls Western Missouri Tournament Dec. 22 at Center High School. Senior Sierra Stodden claimed the 174-pound title. Stodden started with an 8-4 decision over Fort Osage’s Alexcia Fuimaono. She won her next two matches by fall – first over Ruskin’s Anyah Harris, then over Oak Park’s Avery Baxter. She finished with a win by medical forfeit over Center’s Charleigh Harper.
