Former Richmond coach takes reign of ES wrestling program

EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – The Tigers’ wrestling program is under new leadership. Cody Beck takes the helm after running Richmond’s program for the past two seasons. Beck likes what he has seen so far. “The kids are working extremely hard and … (adjusting) well to a new coach and how I run things,” he said. Beck leads a boys program with three returning state qualifiers – senior state champion Ayden Dolt, senior runner-up Landon Davis and sophomore Micah Danner.
