Rules: Fill out the questions above and send in form to the Richmond News or Excelsior Standard by 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, 2023. Be sure to include your name and phone number. Please print clearly. Illegible or incomplete entry forms will be disqualified. Limit one entry per person. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Friday. Late entries will be disqualified. Must be 18 years or older to play and must show ID. Prize must be claimed in person at either office. Employees of Excelsior Publishing Company, Richmond News Inc. and their families are not eligible to enter.
