COLUMBIA – Seniors Jacey Brewer and Tyler Rumore placed among the top 100 for Excelsior Springs at Class 4 state cross country competition. Brewer placed 97th in the girls competition, running the 3.1-mile, or 5-kilometer, race Nov. 5 at the Gans Creek Cross Country Course in 21 minutes, 2.5 seconds.
