Shooting at ES Gas Station leaves one hospitalized

Updated 5/20/20 6:45 p.m. A shooting at an Excelsior Springs gas station has left one person hospitalized in serious condition and one person in custody. The shooting took place Wednesday afternoon at the Quick Stop II Convenience Store at 1900 W. Jesse James Road.

Coronavirus funds increase for Mo. testing

WASHINGTON – U.S. Sen. Roy Blunt, chairman, Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies, reports Missouri will receive another $135 million through the Department of Health and Human Services to expand coronavirus testing capabilities.
