Housing Authority Executive Director Carrie Hiltner recently informed board members of tenants falling behind in their monthly payments and discussed a plan of action moving forward. Hiltner noted that the Housing Authority has four accounts receivable and said they are on the rise again after a downward trend.
The Excelsior Springs city council met recently and passed three new ordinances. Each new ordinance amended portions of laws already in place to abide by Article 14 of the Missouri Constitution relating to marijuana sales, transit and criminal offenses.
