EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – In response to a citizen-requested audit, State Auditor Nicole Galloway recommended improvements to several of Excelsior Springs’ financial practices to make sure taxpayer dollars are used effectively. Galloway gave the city’s financial practices Excelsior Springs an overall rating of "fair."
