EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – Some city agencies freed space to store records. Per a resolution passed March 21 by the City Council at the Hall of Waters, the Excelsior Springs Police Department received permission to shred some records March 25. The department’s Records Unit needed room “for police records currently being generated,” Chief Greg Dull stated in a March 11 memo to city leaders.
