Excelsior Springs continues to pile up the runs – and the victories – in varsity softball.Through Tuesday, the Tigers were 7-0 and had outscored their opponents 82-14. They added four runs in the third, four more in fourth and two in the fifth.Catcher Josie Casler and second baseman Alyssa Dean powered Excelsior Springs with four hits each. Casler, a junior, swatted two home runs as part of a 4-for-4 performance and had three RBIs.
