The Excelsior Springs Parks, Recreation and Community Center (ESPRCC) Department expects to have a longawaited truck to help keep the parking lots and drives at city parks clear of snow and ice next winter.

Several local students were recently named to the 2022 fall dean’s list at Missouri State University. To be named to the dean’s list, the student must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded coursework for the fall semester and earn at least a 3.50 grade point average (on a 4.00 scale).

The leasing of city land for farming, it appears, is not immune from the effects of inflation.
