Collins, Carr end postseason grappling droughts

For the fourth straight season, Cooper Collins experienced the thrill of being a state qualifier in boys wrestling. This year, though, the Excelsior Springs senior also experienced the thrill of being a district champion.

SHARE OF THE TITLE Indirectly, Excelsior Springs can claim a share of Seattle’s latest Super Bowl title. As multiple media outlets recently reported, the Seahawks’ coaching staff includes Mack Brown, a metro area native who played college football at Baker University and coaches Seattle’s tight ends.
