Paul Joseph Shaffer was born Nov. 16, 1940, in Chicago, Illinois, to Eugene and Eva Maesch Shaffer. He had two brothers and three sisters. He has one surviving sister, Mary Cheek of Nashville IN.

RICHMOND – Olivia Kelly cracked the top 20 Monday at the Odessa Tournament at Shirkey Golf Course in Richmond. By finishing her 18-hole, par-71 round with a 113 (+42), the Excelsior Springs junior finished in a three-way tie for 20th.
