For the fourth straight season, Cooper Collins experienced the thrill of being a state qualifier in boys wrestling. This year, though, the Excelsior Springs senior also experienced the thrill of being a district champion.

Incentive language delays golf course management renewal

The future of the Excelsior Springs Golf Course’s management agreement remains unsettled after the Excelsior Spring City Council tabled a proposed extension to refine provisions related to incentive payments. The group agreed to revisit the issue later, allowing time for language changes in the agreement.
