RICHMOND – By cussing at the elected 911 Dispatch Board, demanding the removal of Director Kim Davis and declaring an overall lack of faith in the board, former Clay County detective Scott Childers, now Ray County’s sheriff, made an impression during his first month in office.

Council enters into service agreements
