Building reports highlight progress across Excelsior Springs schools
Excelsior Springs schools released building reports for September, highlighting attendance, curriculum initiatives, professional development and upcoming events across each campus. The updates provided snapshots of ongoing work at the Early Childhood Center, Cornerstone Elementary, Lewis Elementary, Elkhorn Elementary, middle school, high school and Career Center.The Early Childhood Center reported an average daily attendance of 99.84% and a DESE attendance rate of 77.26%. Enrollment stood at 128 students, with full capacity at 153.There were two students on the AM waitlist and 15 students on the PM waitlist. The fall Desired Results Developmental Profile (DRDP) window began on the first day of school and runs through mid-October.
