Three agreements have been approved for street maintenance projects to advance infrastructure improvements which will affect several neighborhoods.The Excelsior Springs City Council approved three agreements with McAnany Construction, Vance Brothers and All Pro Asphalt. The work will include ultra-thin bonded asphalt surface (UBAS) treatments, chip seal applications and base repair work.The first agreement authorizes McAnany Construction to handle UBAS overlay work in the Golf Hill neighborhood.
