Families across Excelsior Springs will have another chance this fall to gain the tools for financial stability through a course that blends practical strategies with biblical principles.Oasis Outreach Ministries is preparing to launch its third annual Financial Peace University program, a nine-week course developed by financial author and radio host Dave Ramsey.Board President Lori Sams noted the class is one of the most effective outreach efforts the ministry offers because it addresses a struggle that touches nearly every household. “There are more and more struggling families all over the community,” said Sams. “Debt continues to soar.
