Local man denied bond modification, road rage incident
An Excelsior Springs man has been denied a request to modify his bond while facing two serious felony charges tied to an alleged road rage shooting in November 2024.James M. Jamerson, 23, is charged with armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon by shooting at or from a motor vehicle at a person, motor vehicle or building.Jamerson’s bond was set at $100,000 with conditions that include GPS monitoring prior to release, a nightly curfew from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., no possession of any weapons and a requirement to stay at least 500 feet away from the alleged victim.
