Troopers bring Buffalo Soldiers’ story to life
The weight of history rode in on iron wheels, cavalry boots and the voices of those determined to make sure the story never fades.Inside the visitor center at Watkins Mill State Park, a crowd listened closely as the stories of the Buffalo Soldiers unfolded – not just names from the past, but lives lived through war, survival and unshakable service.
