Stay-home orders dwindle, but COVID-19 still threat

KANSAS CITY – Across the Kansas City region, cities and counties are relaxing stay-home orders.
The Excelsior Springs Police Department reported the following incidents handled recently by the department.
TUESDAY, APRIL 28
9:33 p.m., 1700 block of W. Jesse James Road, Eddie C Cockrum II, WM, 44 was arrested for driving while intoxicated and open container. He was booked and released on his own recognizance with a court date.
