Council approves agreement to preserve Hall of Waters

The Excelsior Springs City Council unanimously approved a conservation easement agreement with the Missouri State Historic Preservation Office to help preserve the historic Hall of Waters. The city received a federal grant, “Saving America’s Treasures,” for preservation efforts, which includes imposing a 50-year easement on the Hall of Waters property.
