Seniors Landon Biermann and Tayvion Kennedy were a top-five combo when they paired up for Excelsior Springs at the Platte County Pirate Scramble.Biermann and Kennedy shot a 69 to tie for fourth at the April 1 varsity boys golf competition, held at Shiloh Springs Golf Course in Platte City. In doing so, they helped Excelsior Springs place third in the team standings with a 145 – 15 strokes behind Pirate Scramble champion Kearney and eight strokes behind runner-up Platte County.
