An Orrick man has posted bond after the Ray County Prosecutor’s Office and the defense agreed upon a proposed order from the judge.Brandon M. Ladd, 28, formerly of Excelsior Springs, is facing three felony charges, including two counts of second-degree domestic assault and third-degree assault of a special victim.Last week, Eighth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Lori J. Baskins filed an order, taking the case out of no bond status and allowing a $25,000 bond. The special conditions are Ladd be placed on SCRAM with GPS monitoring and neither the victim or her mother be contacted.According to the complaint filed by Ray County Prosecuting Attorney Camille A.
