Bond has been reset after a series of repeated violations in a child abuse case against an Excelsior Springs man.Noah Z. Odeh, 26, is charged with first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, serious physical injury and no sexual contact.Odeh recently appeared before Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Timothy Flook for a bond violation hearing after months of supervision issues documented by both the Electronic Supervision Agency and Midwest ADP. The judge granted the state’s motion to revoke the bond for cause and reset Odeh’s bond amount to $50,000 cash or surety.Court records show a pattern of compliance problems beginning in early summer. Violation reports were filed June 11 and June 26, prompting the court to issue a warrant and increase Odeh’s bond to $20,000 cash or secured only.
