CCSO apprehends second porch pirate suspect
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) recently successfully apprehended a second suspect linked to a series of package thefts. The thievery took place in the Northland area during the Thanksgiving holiday and the subsequent weekend.CCSO previously sought public assistance in finding Excelsior Springs resident Matthew T. Robinson, 41, of Excelsior Springs. He has been charged with one count of felony theft and one count of felony possession of a controlled substance in connection with this case.
