City OKs marijuana drive-thru, nearly $1M playground project
Drive-thru pickup service will now be allowed at marijuana dispensaries in Excelsior Springs following council approval to lift the restriction.The measure returns after being tabled in March, when council members paused the decision to gather additional information and hear public concerns about accessibility and community health impacts.
