ES man facing felony domestic assault charge
An Excelsior Springs man pled not guilty to a third-degree domestic assault charge in Seventh Judicial Circuit Court.Brian A. Keel, 22, was arrested on a warrant issued from Clay County Court. The next day, when he appeared before Judge Karen L. Krauser to enter his plea, he was advised to apply for a public defender.Keel posted a $40,000 bond and will appear in court at 9 a.m. on August 27.According to the complaint filed by Clay County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Robert L.
