Following a thorough investigation spanning more than three months, the Excelsior Springs Police Department (ESPD) has successfully apprehended a suspect linked to the serious injuries suffered by a two-month-old infant.On Nov. 12, a Clay County grand jury held a confidential indictment session. After reviewing the evidence presented, the jury concluded there was sufficient evidence to formally charge Noah Z. Odeh, a 25-year-old resident of Excelsior Springs.Odeh, the biological father of the infant, is now facing one felony charge of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child with serious physical injury and no sexual contact. Reported injuries included a brain bleed and multiple fractures of the infant’s bones.After the formal indictment was issued, Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Timothy J.
