An Excelsior Springs alumnus was named one of the top seniors at the University of Central Missouri (UCM) this year, earning a spot on the 2025 Who’s Who list and advancing as a finalist for the university’s highest student honor, the Charno Award.Rylee Simmons graduated from UCM in December of 2024 with a degree in Marketing and was recognized for her exceptional leadership, academic performance and involvement across campus. Her achievements were celebrated during the 85th annual Who’s Who and Charno Awards ceremony held April 10 in the Elliott Student Union.During her time at UCM, Simmons served as president of the Panhellenic Council and the American Marketing Association, taking on key leadership roles that influenced student life and professional development.
