City advances infrastructure, development items

Excelsior Springs officials approved a series of infrastructure, development and administrative actions that will affect multiple areas of city operations, ranging from the demolition of a deteriorating structure to changes in zoning review fees and long-term lease agreements.

Bond modified in Homestead homicide case

A Homestead Village alderman accused in a deadly neighborhood shooting has now been released after the court modified his bond and approved new conditions. Glen Michael Stice, 55, is facing two felony charges, including first-degree murder and armed criminal action.
