City enters into agreement with firefighters

The Low-Income Weatherization Assistance Program provides free, costeffective, energy-efficient home improvements for homeowners and renters, according to Community Action Agency of Greater Kansas City (CAAGKC) Outreach Specialist Julia Powell, who spoke at a recent Substance Abuse Free Environments (SAFE) meeting.
