Allen “Dale” Berry, 63, of Pleasant Valley, MO, passed away December 18, 2020, after a courageous battle with COVID.

Dale was born July 8, 1957, in Independence, MO, to Eddie Berry and Wanda Crockett. He was a member of the U.S. Army National Guard from 1975 until he was honorably discharged in 1981. He retired from Ford Motor Co. after 30 years of service in 2007. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Christopher Berry; and brother, Chris Berry. Dale is survived by: his three children, Chelsi Berry (Eldon Little), Randi Berry, Chad Kelly (Vanessa); girlfriend, Pat Shelor; sisters, Pam Pike (Larry), Gwen Slack (John Sloan) and Marilyn Miller (Dan); brother , Mitch Berry (Lynn); grandchildren, Kyleigh, Brayden, Kooper, Jaxsyn, Waylen and one on the way; along with many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was Tuesday, December 22, and a memorial service was at 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 23, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, Liberty MO, with burial at Hillcrest Cemetery, Excelsior Springs, MO.
