This assignment comes with a huge bonus, a reunion with family and friends she has not seen in a long time. She has gone to Heaven, where there is no more death or mourning or crying or pain.

Robert “Bob” Bolin, of Excelsior Springs, passed away because of Alzheimer’s Disease at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond on Oct. 16, 2020.

Born May 25, 1931, the fourth Daughter to Dr. Thomas and Gertrude McCleary of Excelsior Springs. At 2 years old, she picked up the heavy brass sleigh bells and ran through the house singing “Jingle Bells.” Her nickname “Jingle’ stayed with her the rest of her life. As well, her love for singing — she knew all the words, and was always in tune.

Edward “Opi” Palmer Shelton, 70, of Excelsior Springs, passed away Monday, Oct. 26, 2020, in Excelsior Springs.

Glenda Sue (Creason) Wilhite, 68, of Excelsior Springs passed away on Oct. 19, 2020.
