Excelsior Springs closed out April with a win in varsity baseball. And a loss.

On April 29, the local guys made a road trip to Sedalia, where they played Smith-Cotton and Camdenton. They downed Smith-Cotton 5-2 in a tussle of teams both nicknamed the Tigers, but lost to Camdenton 5-2.
