Excelsior Springs cross country coach Steve Houck will have some experienced runners again this varsity season.On the girls side, the program returns two-year letterwinner Katie Houck – one of three girls juniors. Lillah Shue and Kirsten Stout complete the trio.Other potential girls contributors include sophomores Camden McDaniels and Kennedi Winford.Senior Silas O’Dell, a three-year letterwinner, will lead the boys. O’Dell is among four boys upperclassmen, the others being juniors Liam Hedding, William Tade and Conrad Purnell. Hedding and Tade are returning letterwinners.
