HIGGINSVILLE – Excelsior Springs got locked into another pressure cooker with Richmond in varsity girls basketball Monday night. Trailing by double digits at halftime, Excelsior Springs made a second-half surge to cut Richmond’s lead to two in the fourth quarter.
