Excelsior Springs Parks and Recreation and Community Center (ESPRCC) has been celebrating its outstanding success and dedicated efforts to the community.Throughout July, ESPRCC hosted a series of fun and engaging events specifically designed for kids and families as part of their annual celebration of Parks and Recreation Month.“Hosting these free events allowed me to reach kids who may not have the same opportunities throughout the year due to financial constraints,” said ESPRCC Recreation Coordinator Alexis Blankenship. “In Excelsior Springs, there is a great population of children who do not have the same opportunities as everyone else, so getting to provide things like this for them is pretty awesome.”Last year, ESPRCC organized several events to celebrate the month.
