A Wood Heights resident has posted bond for felony and misdemeanor charges. Thomas A. Hupp, 34, is facing a felony charge of abuse or neglect of a child and a misdemeanor of fourth-degree domestic assault. Hupp was arrested on May 15 and bond was set at $3,000, with conditions including appearing in court as required, submitting to all orders, not committing any new offenses, and not tampering with any victim or witness. He posted a $300 bond on May 21.
