ESCC membership surpasses 7,000

The Excelsior Springs Community Center (ESCC) board met recently to discuss future goals, including a breakdown of the influx of members joining the center. Nate Williams, ESCC Director, explained he put together a complete report of every ZIP code nearby with the number of members from each area that are utilizing the community center.

Spirits spotted in Excelsior Springs

Excelsior Springs has been known to have had ghostly spirits haunting the halls of several historic properties, including the Hall of Waters located downtown. T.R. Kennedy, building superintendent, is one of many who have witnessed seeing these ghostly spirits and has recently shared his accounts of the haunted building and what lurks deep inside.
