ESHS announces homecoming court candidates

THIS YEAR’S EXCELSIOR SPRINGS High School homecoming royalty candidates include seniors Madeline Andreasen, Cooper Bishop, Justin Wright, Addison Rubey, Grayson Grove, Ava Morton, Brice Gould and Davarie Chess. The junior candidates are Brody Querry, Keira Romazon, Brighton Hibschle, Evie Selby, Addison Collins and Jameson Bright. Sophomore royalty includes Alec Armstrong, Khloe Lee, Landon Cramer, Anika Mawby, Drake Simonitis and Madison Whitworth. The freshman candidates are Addi Lingle, Lane Collins, Luna Bigham, Tyler Wartner, Emily Hilliard and Lukas Vardy.

ESPRCC opens Siloam Springs Park

The Excelsior Springs Parks and Recreation and Community Center (ESPRCC) has cut the ribbon to announce a new park in the city. Siloam Springs Park is a picturesque green space at 108 Temple Avenue.

CCSO partners with Feed Northland Kids

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) has partnered with Feed Northland Kids in an effort to ensure area children and families have nutritious food. Feed Northland Kids will prep food kits each month and have set up a location at CCSO.
