Of the matches Gaige Carr wrestled Jan. 10 at the Excelsior Springs Tiger Classic, his last one might be the bout that gets his most attention.Carr, an Excelsior Springs senior, finished the boys competition by facing Lawson’s Conner Menke for the title in the 150-pound division. Menke pinned him in 1 minute, 39 seconds.Carr plans to use the defeat to fuel his preparation for district competition in February.
