Excelsior Springs varsity boys soccer coach Zac Ganzer and his Tigers were looking to start a new winning streak entering Wednesday’s regular-season finale with visiting Grandview.With Monday’s home loss to Smithville, the Tigers saw their most recent winning tear end at 10 games. The Greater Kansas City Suburban Conference-Blue Division defeat also snapped their stretch of six consecutive shutouts. That string included a 6-0 thumping of Raytown South Oct. 21 at Ray South and a 3-0 victory over Center Oct. 24 at Tiger Stadium.Senior Kolin Kincaid scored the opening goal in the win over Ray South, with junior Brady Schoonover assisting him.
