JEFFERSON CITY – Orrick sophomores Jonathon Harris and Jaxon Miller “did their school proud” last week at the Class 1 state track and field meet, Bearcats coach Kirk Thacker stated. Harris took third in the boys 110-meter high hurdles and fifth in the 300 intermediate hurdles with his times of 16.06 and 42.83 seconds, respectively, at the May 20-21 competition at Jefferson City High School. Miller leaped 6.28 meters for fifth in the boys long jump. ...
