EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – Over the past two weeks, the Excelsior Springs cross country programs have prepped for the postseason. And the postseason is almost here.
SMITHVILLE – Districts are a part of the high school sports season when some teams move on and others go home. In softball, Excelsior Springs moved on for one game of the Class 4 District 8 Tournament.
