Girls take fifth at Lawson

First win narrowly eludes boys cagers

Body Excelsior Springs nearly got its first win this season in varsity basketball during last week’s Lawson Invitational. After dropping their tournament opener 60-45 to eventual runner-up West Platte Jan.

ESYWC produces 13 champions, 16 runners-up

Collins, Andreasen, Wright win titles
