Coronavirus funds increase for Mo. testing

WASHINGTON – U.S. Sen. Roy Blunt, chairman, Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies, reports Missouri will receive another $135 million through the Department of Health and Human Services to expand coronavirus testing capabilities.

I am writing this to inform you that I will no longer be able to serve as your primary care physician at Lawson Family Practice. After 34 years in family practice, the biggest part of that in Lawson, I have decided to close my practice due to rising overhead expenses and lower reimbursements from insurance.
