Nominations are open for the Excelsior Springs Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors positions until Friday, Feb 2. Four candidates have been nominated thus far: Melissa Bartlett, Courtney Cole, Kristen De-Hart, and Bill Westerheide.

On March 2nd, Clay County will hold its Presidential Caucus to help select the next Republican nominee for the President and Vice President of the United States. The caucus replaces a Presidential Preference Primary and will be the only way Republicans in Missouri can express their presidential choice this election year.

The Silver Senior Prom Committee, in partnership with the Excelsior Springs High School Student Council, reveals details about their upcoming spring dance for those 55 and older, set for May 4. The prom, an idea cultivated by the Aging Well Task Force, will be hosted by the Excelsior Springs High School Student Council (STUCO) while utilizing connections throughout the community.
